SHIPPING & RETURNS

1.Processing

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed. Once we receive your order please allow 24-48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.

 

2.Purchasing

Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone or email about the missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost. SPIFFY INK offers the following shipping methods:

3.Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. SPIFFY INK is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, damaged or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our Front Office, and is in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package. In the case of any of these unfortunate events, the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.

During the holidays, an expected increase in the amount packages can lead to momentary delays that are out of our control. As we strive to provide excellent customer service, please be patient with receiving your package and the updating of your tracking number. Your understanding is most appreciated!

 

4.Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once your order has been completed there will be NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS to an order.

*If you request to change anything on a completed order, your order will be cancelled.*

*We reserve the right to cancel any order, and refuse any refunds or returns at any time.

If your order is cancelled or item is refunded please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to return to your card.
